All products — both digital and physical — are eligible for return or refund requests within 30 days of purchase.

Because many of our products are digital and instantly accessible, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Physical Products

Books and merchandise must be returned in original condition (unused and unmarked).

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us at web@bia-body.com within 7 days of receipt.

Please include your order number and photos so we can process a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the error was ours.
Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
