Built around a hybrid training model, this full-body split blends power-focused main lifts with volume-driven accessory work, helping you build strong, functional muscle from head to toe.
Each session begins with a primary lift—executed with high loads and low rep ranges—followed by secondary lifts using lighter loads and higher reps to drive hypertrophy, increase muscular endurance, and reinforce balance across upper and lower body muscle groups.
With two progressive training blocks, including advanced techniques in Block 2, this program is perfect for lifters who want to train hard, train smart, and evolve in every direction.
